25022007- Its been a while since i've been to sunday school until today. usually i dread waking up so early in the morning to go to church only finding myself spending half a day there. However, i realise that i learn alot of valuable lessons from my sunday school teacher Dr.Chew.
Each time i go for ss, i feel closer to God. He never fails to speak to me. Since i've been to JC i have backslided and no doubt forgot about God at times. Despite all i have done, God has not abandoned me. It is only a matter of whether i make an effort to look for him and listen with my heart.
It is not about how much of the Bible you read or about how many times you pray a day. Ultimately, it is your accountability to God. Whether you made an effort to live a better life by helping those in need, whether you got around being less selfish and less self-righteous, whether you got around making the people around you more comfortable.
There is no need to go to a faraway place to allow you to start to help people. Simple daily actions towards the people around you is enough. God never complains.

Its not easy going that extra mile but your one step may make a big difference.
